High Accuracy
The digital cooking thermometer is designed with the latest temperature sensor technology. The distance spot ratio is 12: so 1 can measure targets at a longer distance. The larger the object, the farther the measurement distance; the smaller the object, the closer the measurement distance. Which can read high accuracy values up to ±1.5%, Response time within 0.5 seconds. (For the best accuracy, the thermometer should be approximately 14 inches/ 36 cm away from the object)
The non-contact infrared thermometer gun can measure surface temperature ranging from -58℉~1472℉ / -50℃~800℃, and the probe can measure the internal temperature ranging from -14℉~932℉/-10℃~500℃, temperature unit can be set by the "MODE" button.
Adjustable Emissivity
Available adjusting the emissivity 0.1-1.0 according to the surface material being measured. The greater the emissivity, the stronger the radiation ability of the surface of the object. The emissivity of most organic or metal oxide surfaces is between 0.85 and 0.98. (The default emissivity of this thermometer is 0.95).

Press the mode key for 2 seconds to enter the device setting state, press the MODE button to switch to the temperature upper limit setting, press the key to increase or decrease the alarm value, and press and hold it to increase or decrease the set value quickly.

The temperature measurement is only 0.5 seconds, and the temperature number is locked automatically. Recommended for DIY, electronics repair, especially cooking. Very safe and hygienic.
Measure for liquids
Equipped with a temperature probe, connect the temperature probe to the thermometer, and make the probe contact the inside of the liquid or the surface of the object to be measured. You can use it to measure liquids, such as oil and water.
Not for human
Infrared thermometer guns cooking thermometers, meat thermometers, ovens, oil thermometers, automotive thermometers, and more. But the thermometer is not for humans.
